anticipatory bails under 420 he principalfor Overseas where we have taken money & the Recruitement agent has failed to deliver & can we apply for anticpatory bail.. till the principal recruitement agent pays us back the amount..

Anticipatory bail is not for unlimited period. Once case comes into court you will have to apply for regular bail. ...
