Legal Question
I was arrested despite having being granted AB by the Police Station and also relased after paying cash surety of Rs.2500/-. Now I would like to know how to challenge the filing of the false chargesheet befoer the Addl.Chief MM without going to the Sessions Court or High Court at the trial court, please advice.
