Legal Question
whether Asset Reconstruction Companies in India can sell the underlying physical assets of a NPA Company whose loan liabilities have been acquired by them from the original lenders under Assignment earlier? or Will it be a violation of RBI guidelines and directives issued to them under 9.b. of the Master Circular?
