you need to file an anticipatory bail application and after produce the victim to the court so the bail may be granted. after getting the bail, you may approach the high court for quashing the FIR.

When complainant take side of an accused, several courts take view that accused has influenced the complainant. Ensure that such a view is not taken in your matter and apply for bail.
