CAN I BE " BANNED " FROM SHOPPING AT A GENERAL OPEN PUBLIC STORE FOR NO APPARENT REASON ? SIMPLY BY THEIR USING THE SINAGE OR PHRASE: " WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE " ??????????????????????????????????

Can this " general " statement be challenged ? Or does it give " carte blanche " to any store that might not like the way you look ?
