Legal Question
I bought a brand new phone off amazon because my previous one broke. i specifically made sure it said WITHOUT CONTRACT specifically to avoid having my sprint contract extended. when i had it turned on, they did not tell me it was in fact extending my contract. i had to find out through my bill. is this illegal?
