Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I am currently being "bullied" or "harassed" by a particular boy. He is getting his friends to join in on it. I have blocked them on facebook, instagram, and i've even blocked their numbers. I want nothing to do with them. I had a past relationship with the boy leading it all and now I want nothing to do with him and he refuses to leave me alone. He makes it a point if he knows I'm with a friend to text that friend rude and hurtful things about me such as telling me to "commit suicide" and I'm not sure exactly what else to do. He will not leave me alone and it's getting to the point where I think I need to take legal action before it gets worse. Help?
