Legal Question
Business partnership ended in Ma 2010. He still continues to operate business in MD as 100% owner. Recently sent me invoice for tax preparation fees and states I am responsible for 50%. I find this repulsive. Does he have any right even though in the dissolution agreement it clearly states I am no longer associated and have no obligations to the company.
