Legal Question
I called an apt complex to get a copy of my application from 3 years ago. The application had all of my personal information on it. SSN, Driver’s license number, signature and birthday.
The representative of the apartment did not ask for any verification of who I was. And sent it to me via email. Do I have a case against the apartment for breach of confidentiality. I could have been anyone.
