Legal Question
I called the city of Sunrise to cancel the cable service because when I rented the property I was not told I had to pay cable, but they said that the cable is included in the city of Weston and cancelling the service is not an option. The landlord never disclosed I would be obligated to pay cable. In the contract it does say I pay utilities, but is cable a utility?
