Legal Question
my car was repo'd, but it was a mistake on banks part, and we settled the situation. I went to get car, but the company that towed it, refused to let me pick it up that day. they are making me pick it up tomorrow, and want to charge me another day storage. Can I fight this extra charge? It seem a little scamy to me to charge another nights storage because of the company's not allowing me to go get it. It was only 4pm in the afternoon.
