Legal Question
I was charged with a minor consumption, when I was 19. Went to court for it, was put on non-reporting probation for a year, finally when I was 21 years old. Recently, there was a warrant put out for my arrest for a "POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL BY A MINOR" which was not the charge. Is this legal? Or is there a way I can fight this?
