Legal Question
i have been charged in NC with a felony employee larceny 7 months ago,i have a court appointed attorney that says he does not know anything about my case,i have had 2 visits with him only to hear nothing but its going be continued,i have never been in trouble before and i am terrified every month i go to court not knowing whats going to happen or if my attorney will even be there....any suggestions to what i should do?
