hi, our company reduced vacation leave days from 15 days to just 5. By law, 5 days is the minimum for a company but was the reduction legal?

THAT WILL CONSTITUTE A DIMINUTION OF BENEFITS IN CASE THE BENEFIT WAS BEING ENJOYED FOR A CONSIDERABLE PERIOD OF TIME....
