Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I have a condo unit in California. It's under water and I had to travel to foreign country a couple of years ago for several years. I wanted to give it back to the bank at that time and tried several ways to forclose it. However, bank wouldn't take it. So, I abandened the condo and left. But then, I still see that this is belong to me. I can't travel back to the US to make a deal with Bank as I don't have enough money. WHat's the best way to close this deal and free from this condo? Please, help. Thanks in advance.

Send me the details of the property, address at least, Assessor's Parcel Number would be better. Also the name of the lender, and the balance owed, and I may be able to help you out. You can email me at the address provided in my LawGuru.com profile.
