Legal Question
If I went to court 5 years ago when my son was 3 and the court decided to hyphenate his last name (his mother's name-my name), what are the chances I could go back and have them remove her name. She has since been married and no longer uses her maiden name, although she told the court she would keep her maiden name even when she got married. It has caused confusion for my son and I want to address it.
