Legal Question

my cousin's best friend will be turning 20 in a few weeks and she is pregnant by a 15 year old. both the girl and the boy have had permission to date for the last 2 and a half years. in the state of virginia is it possible for the 20 year old female and the 15 year old male to get married since they have a child on the way?
