Can credit cards companies come after a spouse for thier debt? I am reasdy to file bankruptcy so I need to know how to proceed.

The answer depends on a number of factors. One is whether the spouse is a co-signor. Another is whether the spouse ever used the card and, another is whether the card was used to purchase necessities for your spouse or family. |
