a creditor is taking me to court to get a judge order to garnished my wages but i have filed bankruptcy already wat do i do when i go to court

Tell the Judge and the creditor that you have already filed bankruptcy. Provide both with a copy of your Petition and the case number. Unless this is child support, you should be...
