Legal Question
My dad put me and my brother on title of his home years ago. I removed my name from titel in 6/2009. I am currectly going thru a divorce and we have alot of debit. Can I file bankruptcy? I don't want them to go after that house which is paid off. I have never contributed to that house, as my husband and I had a home and that is why we took my name off.
