You have not mentioned the way how you transferred the plot into your parents name,was it through a gift deed or a sale deed.If it was thro. a sale deed then you have forfeited your rights in the plot.So your father would be able to do as per his wish.If the transfer of the plot was done in any other ways then there are so many options to solve your problem.But the bottom line is that your bro.won't have any legality to acquire the property.
