Legal Question


I am a director for a volunteer fire department in CA. One of our volunteers is accusing us on racial discrimination and treating to sue if we don't act upon disciplinary actions upon the individuals that may those comments. This volunteer misunderstood the comments made but we want no more problems with him. How can we let him "go" without bringing in more problems?
