Legal Question

I went to the emmisions station and was waiting for my vehicle and drank some alcohol while waiting for my vehicle the police arrived and gave me a DUI. I didn't have possession of the vehicle or keys, my friend was to meet me to drive the vehicle from there. I went to the arraignment hearing and plead not guilty. They set it over for Disposition what will happen at that hearing?
