Legal Question


One of my employees will be going out on maternity leave in May. She has just been told that she cannot use any of her vacation, sick or personal time after her first week on leave, that she will get paid at 50% normal pay while out. She has at least 4 weeks leave and she is being told she can't use it. Is that legal?
