Legal Question

Can executor take out her commission before creditors startto file claims ? How much commission

can I take from the estate of $400,00. There are no assets. Thank you

I just received my testimentary papers, now I would like to take my commission from the the estate

of 25,000. before creditors come out of the wood work.
