my ex-husband and i have joint legal custody of our 2 kids. he is trying to get full custody. he filed a restraining order against my fiance keeping my kids away from him. resulting in me not being able to have my kids in our home. can my ex-husband legally do that? and what can i do?

Have you contested the restraining Order? That is one option. Also, you could seek a modification of the restraining order in Family Court, since it effects your parenting time.
