If you have a question, for which you want a meaningful response, it would be a good idea to take the time to ask it in an intelligible way. As best I can understand your problem, if one party in a divorce claims that certain property is nonmarital or doesn't exist, the other party has the ability to counter that in the course of preparing for the hearing by taking discovery under the rules or producing contrary evidence. It this case is open and the property is significant enough, you would benefit from consulting with an experienced family attorney and possibly retaining him/her to protect your rights. |
