Legal Question

My father has got a house which is not ancestral,we are one brother and sister and to my assumptions my father will give the house to my sister what are my rights to claim the property according to Muslim laws.....what will be my stand if his will is for my sister.

You have no right in his property but you can challenge the will after the demise of your father....
