my father owns a house in kerala, he wants to register that in my name through gift deed which should include life interest. He wants me to give some money to my sister, which will not be included in the gift deed as it cannot be. how can i ensure the safety of the given money...in this case can the gift deed be revoked. is there anything to be done to make it irrevocable?
