Legal Question
I am under my fathers auto insurance, I ended up in a accident and hit a driver from rear. Now our insurance appointed lawyer is asking us to sign this affidavit saying at no time i his son -- was driving the vehicle for him or his family or was i doing any errands for him or his family, but in the end they state that i am covered. Why would they ask these weird questions?
