Legal Question
My fiance was arrested for domestic violence on 1/20/2012 in colorado it was against me shes 38 weeks pregnant she pled not guilty i dont want to press any charges is it possible for the charges to be droped ? if so how do I go about doing so? She needs to be home resting and being taken care of and preparing for the birth of our daughter please help if you can.
