Hi, Would I have to file bankruptcy in the state of AZ if I stop paying my home mortgage? I still have a job, just $500.00 less when I started 3 years ago. No ether dedt. Should I still pay HOA and Property Tax and Fire Insurance if I no longer make house payment? I have tried to refinance for the last year and no luck...please help Michelle
