Legal Question
can we file suit under section 9 (1) (2) & (3) of Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 in Leasing Companies in the banking courts anywhere.
can we file the suit in banking courts have any related law, citation, in the above mentioned para.
