Legal Question
My friend rent a limo for her waiting put $ 300.00 as deposit. There was no pepper sign declaring of mo refund if cancelled. A week before waiting she call the place to cancel the service nut they refuseyo refund the deposit, say it's their pollicy which was never told to her or signed for. What can she do?
