Legal Question

A girl and I stopped at snacks ration to get snacks when a cop walked out and asked who was driving and I said her. He gave her a breath oliser and she blew way over. He said for us to get another ride. Then they acted like they got a call and took off. But really they just faked the call and waited around the corner and waited the hour and fourty minutes till I decided to drive. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot they pulled me over.
