Legal Question
My grandson was on his on property,when a 21 year old beat up on my grandson and both of them went to jail. The 21 one year old spend 30days in jail . My grandson was 20 and he got 1 year on probation and also had to go to classes for drinking. Because he was under age for drinking on his property.He broke probation,and now he is going to jail for a year and half.Why would my grandson get a year probation when he is the victim.
