You need to find an attorney who specializes in California Real Estate License Law, or better yet, call the DRE directly and ask them. I don't believe there is anything wrong with hiring someone to act as the licensed broker and MLO for your company, but the DRE can better answer that question, and they'll give you an answer for free. You may also wish to consult with an immigration attorney.
