Legal Question
Hello,
I had bought a bedroom set from Valley Furniture Warehouse approximately 4 months ago and still have not received it. The contract states that if the customer has not received the item within 14 weeks than a full refund is allowable. It's been over 14 weeks and the manager says he will not grant me a full refund due to the fact the set is on order. What can I do?
