Legal Question
Hi
I am separated from my spouse since early October. We have a 7 year old son together. I, the husband left the house. When we file for divorce, how do youconfirm that we separated for one year?
Do we need to do any paperwork now or we do not need to do that. How will the court know or believe that we have separated for a year?
