i have one of my site own register i paid for one year privious owner case on me because of some adult contents were there but i was removed that because that was not in knowlege of me that site having adult contents when i see then i removed he case on me

my question

if he want that domain then why he didnt pay for next year after one year anyone can register domain which is available and pay amount

tell me what should i do?
