Legal Question
I hired an attorney to get guardian ship of my mother.5 months ago.. she past away 2-months ago. I am the executer of the living trust. and my brother just hired the same attorney and is taking me to court to get me off as the executer of the trust is there a law or wouldnt it be a conflict of interest for the same attorney to take my brothers case against me
