it is always better to sort the matter out amicably with the intervention of elders in the family. if this cannot happen, then you may have to hire a lawyer for filing the petition for divorce along with maintenance for yourself and your children.

You have two options to get divorce . 1) Mutual consent and 2) Contesting one. I would suggest to talk out with your husband and go for mutual consent divorce otherwise the contestng divorce would certainly take time ,energy etc from you.
