Legal Question
My husband adopted my son, at the age of 16, sept last year. My son's biological father has not paid child support for about 15 of the years prior to his adoption. Can I still seek back child support? Also he was only ordered to pay $88 every 2 weeks back in 1997. I have recently discovered he is now very wealthy, owns 1 to 2 businesses. Also is it to late to do a modification of payment based on his income over the past 15 years.
