You can file a case in Family Court that you don't want the divorce and you want Marital Relationship.

Although the full face of your case is not clear from your query, it seems that you have received a Notice of Divorce from your husband which was sent 1 month 4 days back. Similar notice has definitely been sent to the concerned City Corporation/ Pouroshobha as the case may be.

After receiving the notice they are supposed to invite you for hearing. The communication you mention from your husband is not the divorce itself. It is a mere Notice of Divorce. Service of such notice only initiates the divorce proceedings. The divorce which you think has already been executed will in fact come to affect after the expiry of 90 days from the date of service of the notice.

You can always file a Suit before the concerned Family Court for maintenance, dowry etc.
