Legal Question

My husband and I waited over 9 hours in a hospital for a Dr. to see him while he had a GI bleed. Were it not for the fast thinking of a nurse he would have died. In addition to the Dr not showing up there were several mistakes such a my husbands name made by the hospital. Do we have cause for legal action
