Mist likely that the nature of the felony has yet to be determined by prosecutors but that it apparently involves your husband allegedly operating a motor vehicle on the streets or highways of the Commonwealth after having been adjudged an "habitual offender" whose license had been previously suspended for 10 years and therefore that he is thereby also allegedly in violation of his probation status deriving from his conviction for the previous offense. |
