Legal Question
iam a capt on a towboat and the company was bought by a corperate company. They have brought about different changes that dont work for me. Ive been working for this co. for 10yrs. , i've a very good work record with them. never been late or refused to do what they ask. I told my supervisor I was looking for another job and i would give a notice when I find one. can they fire me because i seek employment elsewere?
