Legal Question

I was injured at work and had an mri done. the comp doctor said its ok and started me on phsical therapy. i had a 22 thousand pound forklift run my foot over. I am in an extreme amount of pain and my foot is still swollen from 2 weeks ago. I asked for another opinion from a specialist and was denied. If i go to a specialist on my own insurance and workmans comp stop my claim.
