Legal Question
I invested (yes I do have a promissory note to pay me back) $5000 dollars in a legal medical cannabis grow here in California. My money was to be returned to me with interest on December 25th of 2010. The grower will not return my calls. What legal action can I take against this person?
I would be happy to just get my 5 grand back
