IStarting an MLM / Network MArketing Company, Selling a Product BUying it in Bulk for say 100 Rs and selling for 1000 /- Will l floolw all tax rules and award all those who help in selling this product, I know this is legal, But ANy regulatory body in the offing.. for MLMs, What precautions one should take in terms of Consumer Laws etc as the product is finally sold to consumers.
